Considerations...
Children of all ages are welcome in the Cottage.
Check in is anytime after 3:30pm, check out is 12 noon.
In consideration for future guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.

The Rates...
$139 per night for the Cabin and $159 per night for the Cottage.
Two-night minimum stay is required.
We accept all major credit cards.

Reservations are confirmed once we receive payment.
Children of all ages are welcome in the Cottage, but not the Cabin due to the non-childproof nature of the loft area.

Cancellation...
Please provide 48 hours' notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

The Cabin is on Cothren Street.
The Cottage is next to the main house at 324 Cothren Street
