Considerations...
Children of all ages are welcome in the Cottage.
Check in is anytime after 3:30pm, check out is anytime before 11:00am.
In consideration for future guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.

The Rates...
	$139 per night for the Cabin and $159 per night for the Cottage.
	Two-night minimum stay is required.
	We accept all major credit cards.

	Reservations are confirmed once we receive payment.

Cancellation...
	Please provide 2 weeks' notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your stay we will refund your payment only if we fill the vacancy.
